Pre-order timeline

Borahae is currently taking pre-orders only. We make every drop in small runs after pre-orders close. The first dispatch window begins the first week of July 2026.

When your unit ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking number. You can also track at /track-order using your order ID and email.

Shipping rates

We ship Pan-India only. Free shipping on pre-orders of ₹2,499 and above; below that a flat ₹99 ship-fee applies.

• Metro cities: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 cities: 3–4 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel any time before dispatch for a 100% refund
• Email hello@borahae.store with your order ID to cancel
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• If your order arrives damaged, email an unboxing video within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is something we’d love to add — sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know.
